What if I'm not home when the courier arrives?
They are instructed to leave in a shady place by the door. Meals should stay frozen for most of the day. Please get them into a freezer ASAP.

Is the plastic packaging safe in a conventional oven?
Yes. The special plastic packaging and clear film is safe to heat in a conventional oven (at temperatures up to 180C). Do not place too close to element.

Is fresh or frozen food better for you?
The technology of frozen food has improved dramatically in recent years and it is now possible to freeze food in a matter of minutes. The end result is that frozen food is often a ‘fresher’ better quality and more nutritious product than its ‘fresh’ equivalent as ‘fresh’ foods can take a week to get to your plate.
